Guidelines for Joining Our 12th Anniversary Celebration
1. Upon securing a home with Chong Seng Property (M) Sdn Bhd, you must sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and have it stamped on or before 31st Dec 2025.
2. Each property purchase entitles only one buyer to participate in the giveaway
3. To earn giveaway entries, you must share your experience by leaving a review on social media with hashtag #chongsengproperty:
– Share on Facebook to receive 1 entry.
– Share on Instagram to receive an additional entry.
– Share on both Facebook and Instagram to receive a total of 2 entries.
4. Without sharing on Facebook or Instagram, you will not receive any entries.
5. Attend the giveaway event to validate your giveaway entry after the campaign ends on 31st Dec 2025. The actual lucky draw event date will be announced 14 calendar days prior to the event.
